Artificial Labs is an AI customer experience leader across emerging markets. Our inclusive chatbots and multilingual contact center automation solutions are designed in partnership with contact centers serving industries such as financial and health services and local small businesses.
Job Summary
Artificial Labs is seeking a qualified and talented individual to take ownership of product design for our upcoming Cloud Platform as a primary focus. The ideal candidate will be a multifaceted individual looking to expand their career into product management activities including ticketing, documentation, testing, and walkthrough recording.
Roles and Responsibilities
Become the resident expert and source of truth for all aspects of our platform.
Produce high quality mockups of users interfaces.
Maintain and expand the design system and component library.
Maintain and enhance product UX and UI consistency.
Perform industry and competitor analysis.
Update and maintain tickets for roadmapped features in Notion.
Update and maintain Proto’s help documentation in GitHub.
Record product walkthrough videos for documentation and feature releases.
Actively interact and coordinate with many members of the Proto team—this is a high-comms role.
Implement AI automations to boost productivity.
Requirements
Critical thinking for product growth strategy, coverage of edge cases, and deep usage scenarios.
Portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, UI design, and Figma proficiency (auto-layouts, component usage, libraries management).
Excellent visual design and UI skills.
Excellent English copywriting skills for internal and client-facing documentation (your application and portfolio will be used to assess this qualification).
Familiarity with modern competitive standards in UX/UI design and agentic AI platforms.
Familiarity with frontend development and responsive design (namely HTML and CSS/Tailwind best practices).
Expected hours: 40 per week
